The founder of 2500 MEDIA, Sean Perry, has been one of the most prolific packaging agents in Alternative and Reality Television for the past 2 decades, putting together some of the most iconic and buzz-worthy series, and working with some of the most sought-after stars and media brands on the planet.

Founder/CEO

Sean Perry was one of the earliest partners at Endeavor, Sean Perry has spent the last two decades helping to build WME into a global media empire. As the founder of its non-scripted television department, his expertise spans all levels of distribution. He is known as a deal maker with a keen eye for talent and content as well as a senior strategic industry thought-leader.

In addition to his proven track record as an agent and in forging strategic partnerships, Perry’s dexterity in being able to think big has been vital to the success and growth of his numerous clients’ companies. With his guidance, companies such as Original Productions, Eureka, and WWE grew into internationally sought after media brands. The combination of his understanding of the marketplace, his vision for growth, and his entrepreneurial spirit is what sets him apart.

Prior to his time at Endeavor, Perry served as Senior Vice President/Co-Head of Development for King World where he launched the much-anticipated remake of “Hollywood Squares - Starring Whoopi Goldberg”. Perry oversaw the entirety of the Hollywood Squares development including host and center square casting, set design, hiring of the senior production staff and all aspects of the show through the first year of production. Hollywood Squares was the buzziest new show of its time, and it was cleared at NATPE with a three-year deal in access with both cash and barter. Since then, no other newly syndicated show has received this level of commitment.

As the son of a gameshow host, Perry spent much of his youth on the NBC lot. These early days instilled in him a love of production and of the art of creating good content. After years as a successful agent, Perry is making the much-anticipated move into producing and selling his own programming for all audiences.

Nicole

Managing Director

Nicole Taylor Perry brings to 2500 Media years of experience in digital content, business development and talent representation.  As the company’s Managing Director, she oversees the day to day operations of 2500 Media and the company’s initiatives in both digital media and branded content.   
 
Nicole started her career as a talent agent for Ken Lindner & Associates, one of the most prolific talent agencies in the television news business. Clients included Matt Lauer, Lester Holt, and Mike Rowe.  She was a key player in the development of talent during the expansion of the cable news business and the launch of MSNBC and Fox News as well as the explosion of reality television.  When IdeaLab’s Bill Gross (etoys.com, .tv, cooking.com, CitySearch) and Brillstein Grey decided to launch Z.COM, one of the first online entertainment studios, Taylor Perry was brought on board to run all talent and business development. At Z.COM she was able to attract star talent such as Chris Rock, Tyra Banks and David Spade and get them on board as creators in never-before-seen original web content deals. 
 
Taylor Perry went on to launch and produce the successful parenting blog and digital production company “Mommy Warriors” where she produced original online content for moms. Perry also created and produced MTV’s “Scarred” an original series that ran for multiple seasons. Nicole has a BA in Art History / Business Administration from University of the Pacific as well as a graduate degree in interior architecture, art and design from UCLA where she was honored with the prestigious James Northcutt Award. 
 
Having lived abroad in her youth for almost two years, Perry is fluent in Italian and French. When she’s not in front of a screen, Perry can be found in her garden picking vegetables or in her kitchen whipping up a meal for her friends and family.

Creative Leader

Kendall

Kendall Horn runs all development and serves as the creative lead for 2500 Media. Having spent over a decade in the entertainment industry, Horn’s background includes production and creative development as well as post-production.

A graduate of the University of San Diego, Horn cut her teeth as part of the production team behind Vanderpump Rules. She helped launch the all-female-led Queen’s Gambit Films, a production house with a focus on creating more opportunities for women in film. She has spent the past 5 years with Pilgrim Media Group where she has worked on a wide range of non-scripted programs, including The Twins and The Ultimate Surfer.

Horn joined 2500 Media in 2023 and is key to crafting the company’s bespoke content and working with all of our partners. When she’s not fine-tuning sizzle reels, Horn can be found spending time at the driving range, attending concerts, and watching as many documentaries as she can get her hands on.
